Personal Data Collected
We cannot help you book a stay if we do not have certain essential details. Therefore, you must enter certain data in order to have a pleasant experience on our website and to benefit from our services. Therefore, we ask you to provide us with the following information:
Identification data and contact details: your first name, your last name, your e-mail address, your telephone number and a photo of your ID;
Reservation data: data about the reservations you book on our website, including your reservation number, the dates of your stay, arrival and departure times, your means of transport and the names of your travel companions;
Payment details: the payment method you used for your reservation, your credit card number and expiration date, the amount paid and other information about your transactions on the website;
Your communication: all conversations or messages you have sent or exchanged with Lux Living;
Marketing data: all information that can help us to offer you services that match your profile and interests. For example, your geolocation data;

Retention of personal data
We do not store your data longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
Personal data of customers, as part of the management of the commercial relationship, is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. This duration is ten years for the accounting documents.
With regard to requests for contact, the personal data will be kept for the time necessary to respond to the request and, if necessary, may be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship for customer requests.
The data collected to send the newsletter will be kept until the newsletter is canceled or for a period of three years from the last contact with the data subject.
The data processed to send communications about our offers to customers is kept for a period of three years from the last contact of the customer.
